Heat 6 was a stirring affair with some close racing which saw another veteran team triumph in the shape of Marlborough School. It was a close run matter though with Quarrydale posting a decent total in the first leg. Unfortunately for them they were unable to mount a challenge in the second leg, leaving Dukeries and St Crispins to chase home the heat winners.
